Korea Tourism Organization Offers Prepaid Cards to ISIC Holders Visiting Korea!

As part of the “Visit Korea Year 2023-2024” initiative, the Korea Tourism Organization (KTO) is offering a special deal for international students who hold an International Student Identity Card (ISIC). Visitors to Korea with a valid ISIC card can receive a KTO x ISIC prepaid card, preloaded with KRW 2,000. This prepaid card functions as an EZL card and can be used for various payments throughout Korea, including public transportation (buses, subways, and taxis) and small transactions at supermarkets, restaurants, and more.

The KTO x ISIC prepaid card aims to enhance the convenience and overall experience of students traveling to Korea, making it easier for them to navigate and make purchases during their stay. Additionally, ISIC holders can enjoy discounts at major attractions such as Incheon Airport Railroad, museums, art galleries, and the Shinsegae Duty-Free store.

KTO encourages those accompanying students to consider obtaining an ISIC card to take full advantage of this offer and the benefits that come with it.
