During the ISIC Annual event held this year in Tallinn, Estonia, ISIC organized an ESC-tension Student Journey workshop as part of the ESC Tension 2 project. The meeting was attended by 11 participants representing card issuers from across Europe. During the meeting, a comprehensive student journey map was presented, emphasizing the challenges and proposals gathered directly from interviewed students. This presentation provided valuable insights into the experiences and perspectives of students throughout their academic journeys. The discussion brought diverse perspectives and expertise to the European Student Card Initiative (ESCI).
Overall conclusions highlight the importance of collaboration, clear guidelines, and innovative approaches to overcoming challenges and realizing the potential of the ESCard in enhancing student mobility and the European academic community.
